Tiny Toon Adventures

Tiny Toon Adventures is the first game based on the cartoon series Tiny Toon Adventures (a successor to the Looney Toons franchise.) The game is a platformer developed and published by Konami. 

In the game Buster Bunny is trying to rescue his girlfriend Babs Bunny from Montana Max. He is joined by his 3 friends Dizzy Devil, Furball, and Plucky Duck. 

The game is split up into 6 worlds and each contain 3 stages (except Wackyland which is a single level). Worlds include the  Hills, Wetlands, Trees, Junkyard, Wackyland, and Max's Mansion. The second stage in each world concludes with a game of keep away played with Elmyra who must be avoided for a short time until the exit appears. The third stage in each world concludes with a boss battle. 

Before each world the player can choose a partner for those levels. During the stage if the player can find a star ball, they will switch to their partner character. Each character has different abilities, making some better suited to certain stages.

All characters including Buster can destroy most enemies by jumping on their heads. Dizzy can spin to attack enemies and destroy certain walls. Plucky can glide through the air. Furball can climb trees and walls. 

Hamton is also in the game and will give Buster and extra lives based on the number of carrots collected in each level. A secret boss "Duck Vader" also makes an appearance if the player collects a certain number of carrots (a multiple of 11). In this boss battle the player will win 3 extra lives if they defeat Duck Vader without losing a life.  

Tiny Toon Adventures also has a sequel on the NES entitled Tiny Toon Adventures 2: Trouble in Wackyland. Another Tiny Toons title "Tiny Toon Adventures Cartoon Workshop" is available for the NES.
