NES : Puss 'n Boots: Pero's Great Adventure I don't even know how many hours I spent playing this game as a child! I loved it. Even though the gameplay seemed pretty straightforward, it had a couple 'puzzles' to figure out, and the flying/submarine levels were a lot of fun. (I just wish the prequel wasn't so frustrating!)
NES : Battle of Olympus; The Finally got to play this. Wow, I can't deny it's so similar to the Zelda 2, but that's not a bad thing at all. Pretty fun. I'll definitely go back to it.
NES : Battle of Olympus; The Nice, I'll have to try it out soon. I've been impressed by the games that Broderbund has released for the NES though. I missed out on them all when I was younger.

At Retro Game Guide we like our game with less 'bits'. There's a lot of nostalgia associated with these classics, and for good reasons. Sure they were simple, but that's what made them so fun.
