Bill and Ted's Excellent Video Game Adventure (NES)

Bill & Ted's Excellent Video Game Adventure is an action-adventure NES game based on the 1989 film Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.

The game takes place after the events in the movie when Rufus summons Bill and Ted to defeat the time/space rebels. The duo must travel through different time periods rescuing kidnapped people and returning them to the rightful era. Bill and Ted travel separately and do not visit the same location at the same time, but each character and drop helpful items off in a time period for the other character to find.

Bill and Ted take turns rescuing historical figures. The player must investigate the time period by searching locations, talking to people for information, and solving puzzles using items. When the historical figure is found the player must use the historical bait item for each figure to gain their trust.

Time periods include:
Medieval World
Western World
Colonial World
Modern World
Medieval World 2
Ancient World

Historical figures and bait items include:
Robin Hood (Bag-O-Money)
Al Capone (Book of Lawyer Stuff)

RGG Says: A boring and frustrating adventure game in which Bill and Ted must return missing figures to their rightful times.
