10-Yard Fight (NES)

10-Yard Fight is an American football game that was developed by Irem and published by Taito. It was released in 1983 and was the most fully featured football game at the time.

10-Yard Fight doesn't allow the player to determine plays, but instead controls one player during each play. The game was setup so that the player would have to play through 4 games in order to win. Each game increased in difficulty.

The game is an NES iteration of the Arcade version, and included some new features. Defensive plays were added as well as a 2 player mode that allowed two players to compete against each other.

RGG Says: Simple, but fun, American Football title.
